Policies & Returns

Processing Times:

Processing times can vary. Most orders will be shipped out within 3 to 5 days. Busy seasons with higher order volumes will cause a slight delay in processing. For this reason we ask you to order in advance for special occasions or holidays!

NOTE: For Christmas please order at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance for your order to arrive on time!

Shipping:

All orders are shipped with Canada Post as regular parcel. Other options will be available at checkout.

Returns:

We want you to love your order! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your items with 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition. 

Items that cannot be returned or exchange include anything that is personalized. But of course if there is something wrong with your order, please contact us and we will figure it out together!

Sale items are also non-refundable.

To start the return process please contact us at etchedwithlovecustoms@gmail.com. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange. Once we receive your item/items, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
